Summer Green

Here's a dress I made (up).

It represents a major breakthrough on the sewing machine, in that I have tended to shy away from using stretch fabrics. It also represents a breakthrough in terms of logic, planning, trial and error, because I did not have a pattern and had to figure it out as I went along. The thread snapped many times and there was plenty of unpicking and rethinking along the way, but here it is, and it is the most comfortable thing I have ever worn.
